HOW MANY BUNDLES DO I NEED?


For lengths 12”- 18”, 2-3 bundles are recommended and for lengths 20”and longer  3-4 are recommended to achieve desired fullness. For a bob, 2 bundles ranging from 12”-16” are recommended.



HOW LONG DOES THE HAIR LAST?


With proper care maintenance Rina Luxe can last 4+ years. This hair can last for a long time, the better you take GOOD care of it the longer you can have it and reuse!



MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS FOR ALL TEXTURES


- Shampoo at least once a week

 

- Use a shampoo no higher than pH7

 

- Do NOT massage

 

- Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water

 

- Apply conditioner, comb through with a wide tooth comb, starting with the ends working your way up you scalp

 

- Rinse thoroughly

 

- Let air dry

     

     

    DAILY MAINTENANCE:

     

     - Use styling products minimally to avoid build up


    - For Wavy & Curly hair use a spray bottle of water for natural look


    - For a “WET” look, we suggest a leave in conditioner & water


    - AVOID ALCOHOL BASED PRODUCTS TO AVOID DRYING OUT YOUR INVESTMENT!


    - Dampen hair with a water bottle


    - Comb through (wide tooth comb) beginning at the ends and working your way up to your scalp


    - Scrunch up hair gently to reform curls


    - Let air dry


    - Style as desired



      CAN I COLOR THIS HAIR?


      Yes, you can color this hair up to 613, due to it being 100% premium raw virgin hair. However, it is recommended you contact a professional for hair coloring services

IF YOU SEE A PENDING TRANSACTION ON YOUR CARD AFTER BEING DECLINED IT WILL FALL OFF AND IT'S ONLY SHOWING YOU ATTEMPTED TO MAKE THE TRANSACTION.

      How long is processing, shipping, and handling?


      Payment Processing takes 2-3 Business days, and then 2-3 days for your order to be shipped out. Processing occurs Monday-Friday. (If you ordered on Friday your order will be processed on the next business day which is Monday.) 

      DUE TO COVID-19 SHIPPING TIME MAY TAKE LONGER THAN EXPECTED

       

      Due to high volume orders during sales, please allow us 3 to 12 business days to process and ship. Sale orders will be shipped out in the order in which they were received. All orders are shipped out only  Monday to Friday.​ If a product ordered is on back-order you will be will notified via email.



      RETURN, EXCHANGE, & REFUND POLICY


      - All sales are FINAL due to the nature of our products and for sanitary reasons.
      - There are no refunds or exchanges unless there is a mistake on our behalf, we will make the changes to correct it immediately.

      ​- In case, you receive damaged goods or an incorrect order please email us and we will take care of the matter. ​

      - Orders cannot be changed once processing is completed. Once packages are dropped at the post office and you will receive your tracking number, we no longer have control. In case of any issue please contact USPS for further details.
